A Barn at South Downs Stay has 3 unique and beautifully designed rooms – from spacious luxury to creative comfort – all with breathtaking views of the South Downs and River Arun Valley so you can relax in stunning surroundings. The Observatory Studio Room (self catering) sits independently in an elevated part of the garden.
We welcome you to enjoy all public areas of our impressive timber barn conversion. Sit and chat around our handmade dining table, venture upstairs to relax and view the spectacular glass mezzanine or enjoy breakfast outside your room overlooking the scenery.
Please note, families are welcome with children over 5. If you have a baby The Observatory self-contained and self-catering Studio Room may be suitable. Please email us to make a booking if you wish to bring a baby. There is no extra charge. We do not supply a cot.
