Whether you wish to Snooze in Style or mark a truly special occasion, the Owl & Kite room awaits.

This is a room unlike any other, quietly exceptional and in a class entirely of its own.

From the wide Super King bed, sweeping open-plan views unfold across the River Arun Valley. You can enjoy the same view from the Victoria + Albert Toulouse double-ended bath, where you can sink into a long, unhurried soak. A spacious yet discreet rain shower, an elegant symmetrical vanity and a hidden WC complete this beautifully considered space.  Home-grown flowers and a complimentary selection of fruit, biscuits and beverages add the finishing touches to this beautiful room.

Mornings are made for lingering. Indulge in our much-loved Signature Breakfast Basket as you open the windows to the dawn chorus. In spring, you may even hear the call of the cuckoo, which makes its home nearby. At other times, the local owls can be heard hooting softly from their nearby hunting grounds and kites can be seen gliding gracefully on the air thermals.

Please note: the Owl & Kite is a dog-free room. Guests travelling with dogs are warmly welcomed in our Swan & River room.
